Energe obtained the Great Place to Work 2023 certification, joining the select list of companies like Accenture, Mercado Libre, and Cervecería Quilmes at a national level, and DHL, Nestlé, and FedEx globally.
For 15 years, Energe has been dedicated to producing and commercializing solar energy systems, originating in the province of Mendoza and operating nationwide, including the recent opening of its offices in Montevideo, Uruguay. With more than 60 employees, 7,000 installations, and its own production plant, the company has made a positive impact on both environmental and social fronts.
The certification
The Mendocan firm achieved the international certification granted by Great Place to Work, which measures organizational culture through a climate survey that, since 1992, has been answered by more than 100 million people globally and ranks the best places to work on the planet.
This seal allows the company to measure its organization and the experience of its employees based on an evaluation that includes 60 statements, analyzing indicators such as fairness, respect, and transparency in daily tasks, among others.
After exceeding the required score, Energe joins the select list of companies that includes Accenture, Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes, and Mercado Libre at the national level, and DHL, Nestlé, and FedEx among other giants in the global market.
Triple impact
Energe has been a B Corp since 2017, a certification that validates its status as a triple-impact company —economic, social, and environmental— and positions it as a benchmark in the private sector committed to sustainability. The new GPTW certification joins its ISO 9001-2015 and its B Corp seal, forming a trilogy of unique recognitions in the Argentine solar sector.
